Business services and internet access: Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel, all guest rooms have WiFi. Fax and photocopying services are also available (at a charge)

Children and families: Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of family rooms are available. Children under the age of 3 years stay free when sharing an adults room

Currency and credit cards accepted: The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express). The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques

Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer. Please contact the hotel finance department for details

Food service: Food is served  every day in our Perch Bistro, Dalserf restaurant, and in the extensive lounge and bar areas of the hotel. Lunch is available between noon and 3pm, Monday - Saturday and 12:30pm - 8pm on Sunday. Dinner is served between 5.00pm and 9.00 pm. Children’s menus are available

Online payments: Credit/debit cards are accepted as a form of guarantee and payment online

Pets: The hotel is pet friendly and well behaved dogs are welcome in guest rooms by prior arrangement, certain guest rooms are designated for dogs. Guide dogs are also welcomed. Dogs are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel.

Service charge: There is no service charge. Gratuities are at the customer’s discretion

Smoking policy: The hotel is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and functions rooms are non smoking

Special diets: The hotel caters for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in the restaurant
